Great Product

Since I've been introduced to the Vitamin Patch, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I noticed having an overall better felling throughout the day and night while on the patch.

Good Sleep

The sleep patch works great for me. It doesn't seem to leave me groggy in the morning like melatonin does. Just be sure to apply patch early before bed.

Feels like it works sometimes

I have noticed that this patch seems to only work some nights. The nights it works I fall asleep faster and wake up less throughout the night. But the nights it doesn't work I am still up for hours and when I do finally sleep I have very vivid dreams - nothing too bad. I also don't like the residue the patch leaves behind.

Sleep Patch

It's important to put this on about an hour or so before going to bed, but once you've done that the sleep is terrific. I don't recommend applying them too late though - if you've gone to bed without applying it and then decide at 2 am maybe you should use it for example. I tried that and definitley had a hard time getting going in the morning - there was definitley a hangover affect. Otherwise though it's a terrific product and I've recommended it to frineds who have issues sleeping.
