Serving Orillia's homeless and vulnerable since 1992. Guiding the vulnerable out of life's storms towards hope. Providing a safe place that meets physical needs, gives spiritual hope and points the way to wellness. A lighthouse that sits at the edge of the ocean is there for the darkest nights or storms, it guides ships to safety. Except – the lighthouse itself isn't the final destination, the safety of the harbour is. The same is true for The Lighthouse Soup Kitchen and Shelter. We guide the vulnerable out of life's storms.
