Super jittery and sick

I felt as if I had smoked cocaine- and not in any sort of fun way.
I emailed the company about it and they suggested I try a smaller amount of time wearing the patch- which I did to similar disastrous results.
There aren’t any refund so when they say it’s guaranteed I’m not sure what they mean by that- you’re guaranteed to be unhappy….?
