I am stoked to officially launch our Vitamin Patch Club Blog.
Why and How is this blog different and useful?
To answer both those questions let me first tell you a little about me. I am one of those people that is fascinated with the why’s and how’s of life. I am like a dog on a bone when I hear about a new trend, or technology, I have to understand it inside and out and I don’t let it go until I do.
I am a certified nutritional practitioner and founder of Vitamin Patch Club and my job is to help people feel better and improve their quality of life. Here's the thing, to help you I need to understand why you are not feeling well and the how to fix it naturally. I call it, root causing the problem. When you understand how things work or the pathology of something you can determine what the source of the problem is and how to fix it.
You are unique, much like a couture dress or a prototype vehicle you are one of a kind. What works for one person will not necessarily work for you. It is my job to find the right solution for you. I am constantly researching new trends as well tried and true methods.I figured that you, our customers, could benefit from all that research.
I believe you deserve to have options, even if VPC is not your perfect match but you are interested in improving your health. Wouldn't it be nice to have a source that doesn't have a bias on one thing over another, that will give you the straight goods in a fun and easy way, and allow you to make an informed decision. I thought you might!
Each week I am going to post a blog of varying topics, diet, training techniques, supplemental knowledge and anything else that is a current trend. It matters to me that you have the right information to be able to decide what is best for you. It is my job to help you and that is exactly what I'm going to do because I get it. Before I was a healthcare practitioner I was overwhelmed with all the new trends and promises out there also.
At Vitamin Patch Club I want to provide you with a solution. I want to help YOU, and in doing so we are going to change the world one patch at a time. I will also be keeping you up to date on our giving back program so you can directly see the impact that you are a part of. I believe that we can create a healthier and better world together.

Why should I even bother to take supplements? Can't I just eat healthy, exercise, drink plenty of water? How will I even know they’re working?
